Kidney stones (renal lithiasis, nephrolithiasis) are small, hard
deposits that form inside your kidneys. The stones are made of mineral and acid
salts.
These stones often have no definite, single cause, although
several factors may increase your risk. Such as eating too much meat and not
enough veggies or inadequate fluid intake and dehydration.
Kidney stones form when your urine contains more crystal-forming
substances — such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid — than the fluid in your
urine can dilute.
Although it can be quite painful, kidney stones can pass on their
own.
However, some stones can become too big and might require surgery.
If you want to avoid this, use apple cider vinegar.
How Apple Cider Vinegar Works.
Apple cider vinegar is often used to detox your liver and kidneys,
flushing out toxins and excess minerals so that they can’t accumulate and form
stones.
The citric acid in apple cider vinegar helps dissolve small kidney
stones, which your body can then expel through the urine.
